I have two miniature schnauzers that are both pretty nervous at the groomers, Lewis totally understood their anxious behaviour and has taken his time with them. “Took my timid, nervous pup here very anxious of how she would behave or if she would be comfortable left away from me and she warmed up very well as the time was taken to ease her in and make her feel safe there. once I returned to pick her up she looked miles better and her shedding had been taken care of, she was cuddled up on the window very happy. Would Definitely recommend H&B and will be returning regularly as it’s a 1:1 groom and rather than just a groom it’s a happy experience and the time is taken to get to know the dog and consider how to work around them rather than force them into something uncomfortable.”

“Lewis is a great groomer! I highly recommend.
We’ve got a high energy, working breed spaniel and that means two things: 1) he’s hard to pin down to groom and 2) he’s always covered in hair knots, tangles and other random bits after big days hunting in the fells. Lewis takes the time to understand your needs, the dogs needs and does a really exceptional groom to boot.
You can’t ask for much really! We’ll be regulars from now on.”
